Discover the new generation cast line for stretch film production.
The K exhibition, scheduled in Dusseldorf on October 16th-23rd, will give you the chance to discover the ultimate solution for stretch film production with cast technology. The new generation of ALLrollEX 3000mm (6-up) will be operating live-demos at COLINES® booth (Hall 16-A39).
The extrusion line configuration is 7 extruders and 9 layers, with a net output of 2100 kg/h and the consistent production speed up to 750 m/min. COLINES® has engineered innovative and definitive techonologies in order to dramatically reduce the energy consumption and the film thickness (down to 6 micron), improve the live control of process parameters taking advantage of the Industry 4.0 procedures.
During the exhibition, COLINES® will run also test with the fully automatic RP machine, an off-line rewinder able to perform coreless mini-reels of bubblewrap film. RP can rewind several kind of Airbubble film (also laminated) and PE foam films.
